It is reported that recently 70 natural gas buses have been put into use and two gas stations
have been set up in our city．Compared with traditional fuels，natural gas is not only energy-saving
but also environmentally friendly．For one thing，natural gas vehicles consume much less fuels，
thuS greatly redUcing cost．For another，unlike traditional vehicles，natural gas vehicles release
very small amounts of harmful gases and they don’t make loud noises，which is beneficial to the
health of people as well as the environment of the city．
Apart from the effort of the government，companies and individuals are also
encouraged to use natural gas vehicles because only by joint efforts can we build up a low-carbon city．

job，which had great influence on her later professional career．
When it comes to my summer vacation，I never did any part—time job．Instead，I had to attend

So．I am determined to do some part—time work after the college entrance examinations．With the
money I earn，I’11 go traveling，which will enrich my lire and broaden my horizon．
In mv opinion，summer vacation sheuld not be spent on books only．As a Chinese saying goes，
“Walk ten thousandmiles,readten thousandbooks”．Apart from gaining knowledge form books，
we should also learn from social activities such as doing part-time jobs，going traveling and
participating in voluntary work．Only in this way can we develop healthily and adapt ourselves to
the society quickly．
